Weihua fabricated several reducer gearboxes which is successfully packed and ready for delivery to customers.

This reducer gear box is a European Standard reducer gearbox designed with the advance technology. It has a modular design with hard tooth surface. For connecting the motor, this reducer adopts a motor direct connection design and is with a brake shaft extension. This reducer gearbox is designed for the European-standard cranes. It has the features of small size and simple installation.

After getting the order, Weihua has started intensive preparations. After 2-week production, the reducer has finally successfully finished production under the comprehensive cooperation of multiple departments including design, quality, and production.

All internal components are made by Weihua with High standards, high quality, high requirements. The reducer gearbox body is all made by well-known machining center. It is fully inspected by a German three-coordinate measuring instrument. The gears are processed by a German gear grinding machine with precision grade reaching level 5 of ISO1328. The precision quality of the product is guaranteed, while the cost is greatly reduced.
