Before erection, some tools need to prepare: Wrench tool box, Chain Hoist, tow rope, traction wire rope, wire rope sling, counterweight, forklift, Truck Crane, etc.

The erection steps as below:

Fill the gearbox oil – guard rail installation – bridge platform installation – crane Electric box installation – Signage installation – end carriage installation – crane buffer installation – end carriage door installation – Trolley electric box installation – maintenance cage installation – cabin installation – counterweight placement – Ladder installation – Beam hoisting&Installation – Trolley hoisting&Installation – chain hoist traction beams – end carriage connection – cable guard rail installation – remove the counterweight – drag chain installation – wire rope torsion release – wire rope sling pull the wire rope to crane drum – wind wire rope on crane drum – lower wire rope for hook installation – main hook installation – deputy hook installation – finish erection.
