Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai CITI-RAISE

On June 18, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Weihua Group and Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group was held in Weihua Group. Weihua Group Chairman Han Hong'an and Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group Chairman Wang Jilai signed a strategic cooperation agreement and held discussions on behalf of both parties.

Han Hongan said that Weihua Group and Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group are both excellent national enterprises, taking root in different industries and sticking to different fronts to make corresponding contributions to the revitalization of national industries. As a national benchmark for prefabricated construction, Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group has also made certain achievements in the research and production of prefabricated construction cranes and PC production and hoisting equipment. I hope that the two sides will take this opportunity to further cooperation and exchange in the field of assembly-type construction cranes, PC production and lifting equipment research and development, resource sharing, complementary advantages, and a win-win cooperation.

Wang Jilai said that as the concepts of green building, energy saving and environmental protection gradually heat up, prefabricated buildings and industrialization of buildings have gradually become an industry trend. Weihua Group, as a leading enterprise in the lifting industry, has outstanding comprehensive advantages in assembled construction cranes, PC production and lifting equipment. It hopes to combine the strategic layout of the assembly industry. The two parties are involved in assembly construction cranes, PC related production and lifting equipment. We should strengthen communication in design optimization, R&D and production, and comprehensively open a new chapter of cooperation.

Long Hongxin, general manager of Weihua, introduced Weihua's product advantages and technical characteristics in serving prefabricated buildings and PC production lines from the aspects of Weihua Group, assembled construction cranes, PC production line equipment, performance and cooperative manufacturers.

The strategic cooperation agreement stipulates the relevant measures for deepening the cooperation between Weihua Group and Shanghai CITI-RAISE Construction Group. In the future, the two parties will focus on the content of the strategic agreement in the design optimization, R&D production and market development of assembly-type construction and PC-related production and lifting equipment.

Before the symposium, Wang Jilai visited the Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park, Weihua Intelligent Parking System, 60,000 square-meter heavy lifting equipment manufacturing workshop, Weihua Big Data Center and Weihua Exhibition Hall, and learned about the technology of Weihua Intelligent Industrial Park in detail, the advanced nature, the applicable field of Weihua intelligent parking system, etc.
