Overhead Crane model QC has a detachable electro-magnetic device, which is especially suitable for transporting ferrous metal products and materials with magnetic permeability, such as steel ingots, shaped steel, pig iron, etc. Usually, the AC power is converted to DC power through a motor-generator set on the bridge platform or a thyristor DC box installed in the driver's room, and then the DC power is used by a special cable drum installed on the trolley frame. The flexible cable is sent to the lifting solenoid.

QC electromagnetic Bridge Crane is composed of five parts: box-type bridge frame, trolley operation mechanism, trolley, electro-magnetic disk equipment, and electrical equipment. All the mechanisms are operated in the control room. When using outdoors, you need to bring rainproof equipment. The conductive form of the electromagnetic bridge crane is divided into cable drum type and sliding conductor bar type (optional). The trolley adopts special-shaped steel rail cable to conduct electricity. All the mechanisms are operated in the control room, which is convenient, flexible and comfortable. Series, all electrical equipment is placed in the electrical room for easy maintenance.

It is mainly used in rolling lines, finished product warehouses, steel yards of shipyards, and unloading workshops of iron and steel enterprises.
