Maintenance of Single Girder Overhead Crane

1. Hook Maintenance

(1) Disassembly and inspection of hooks, shafts, horizontal Single Girder Overhead Crane, pulleys, bearings, cleaning and lubrication.

(2) Inspect the wear condition of wear parts.

(3) Testing hooks.

1> Cracks are not allowed in hooks, single girder Overhead Crane, pulley shafts, make sure the threaded part shall not be loose, the bearings are in good condition, the pulleys are turned, and the cutters or cracks in the thread withdrawal groove shall be replaced.

2>The wear of the dangerous section exceeding 10% of the original height shall be replaced.

3> After overhaul, the hook shall be tested and suspended for 10mins at a rated load of 1.25 times. The elastic opening of the hook shall not exceed 0.25% of the size of the hook opening. There shall be no permanent deformation after unloading and crack.

4>After the laminated hooks are riveted, the clearance between the laminate should not be more than 0. 3 mm.

2 Wire Rope Maintenance

(1) Wire Inspection.

(2) Radial Wear.

(3) Deformation Inspection.

(4) Wire Rope Lubrication.

1> The number of broken wires exceeds 10% of the total wires. If the wear exceeds 40% of the original diameter, the entire wire rope should be scrapped and the kinks of the wire rope diameter reduced to 70% of the rope diameter, and the rope core is exposed. The broken stock should be scrapped and replaced with a new one.

2> Use a wire brush before lubrication. Kerosene and other cleaning, with steel wire rope or synthetic graphite calcium-based lubrication finger saturated bridge beam crane.

3. Pulley Maintenance

(1) single beam Bridge Crane washing and repair pulley block , Check for cracks

(2) Inspection of the pulley groove

(3) Inspection of the shaft hole

(4) Assembly

1> The pulley shaft must not have cracks, the journal should not wear 30% of the original diameter, and the taper is not more than 5%, exceeding this value should be Replace

2> Check the pulley groove pattern with the model, radial wear should not exceed 30% of the wall thickness, otherwise it should be scrapped. Can not exceed the standard can be repaired, after the overhaul with a model inspection, the bottom and lateral clearance should not be greater than 0. 5mm, the wheel centerline and the pulley centerline deviation should not be greater than 0. 2mm, rope groove center pair contour The deviation of the end face should not exceed 1mm

3>After overhaul of single-girder bridge crane, the shaft hole is allowed to have a defect of not more than 0.25CM2, and the depth should not exceed 4mm.

4> After assembly, it should be able to rotate flexibly by hand. The lateral swing must not exceed D/1000. D-Drum's nominal diameter.

4. Reels Drum Maintenance

(1) Reel drum groove.

(2) Reel surface.

(3) Reel shaft.

(4) Assembly and installation

1> Rope groove with wear more than 2mm should be replaced, overhaul rope groove Should meet the requirements of drawings, but the thickness of the reel should not be less than 81% of the original thickness

2>There shall be no crack on the surface of the drum, there should be no obvious out-of-roundness, the platen screw should not be loose.

3> The spool shaft must not have cracks, after major repairs should meet the requirements of the drawings, when the wear exceeds 5% of the nominal diameter, should be replaced with the new one.

4> Reel shaft center line and the frame support surface should be parallel, the deviation shall not be greater 1mm/m, after the installation of the shaft centerline end deviation shall not exceed 0. 15mm of single girder overhead crane.
