Overhead Crane With Grab is widely used in waste incineration plant, bulk material handling site, power stations, warehouses, workshops and ports to grab or lift bulk materials. The lifting capacity includes the weight of grab and the grab opening direction is parallel or vertical to the main girders.

Mechanisms of Overhead Crane with Grab:

1. Double box-type girder and the camber degree meets China standard;

2. Adopt high quality carbon steel Q235B and Q345B;

3. Efficient brake, long service life;

Electric System:
1. Power supply through step less slide lines;
2. Lifting mechanisms and traveling mechanisms are mutually independent and could travel at the same time;
3. Control panel protection degree is IP54;
4. Reasonable components installation, convenient for check and maintenance;
5. Electric cable is suspended in cable saddle, stationary cable trolley which slides on a galvanized C-type steel;

Safety Protection Devices:
Overload limiter, limit switch (lifting and traveling), interlocking protection devices, buffer, track sweep plate, shield, bus bar protection board, anti-collision device, main disconnecting switch, emergency stop system and motor overload protection.

Control System:

1. Console control;

2. Cabin control can be customized according users' needs with intermediate working level;

3. The cabin can be open or close style installed left or right;

4. Entrance of cab: from side, end and top.
