A super-long-span Double Girder Gantry Crane developed by Weihua group was sent to the customer site, and installation and debugging were finished. This crane is an ultra-long gantry crane independently researched and developed by our company. It adopts lightweight design and modular design. It adopts new materials and new technology, and is equipped with generous independent R & D remote monitoring and diagnostic control system.

Features:

1. The equipment has a large span and a long cantilever. The structure of the cantilever and tie rod is used to ensure the rigidity and strength of the cantilever, reduce the weight of the main beam, and meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection.

2. Due to the length of the main beam, considering the driver's field of vision, we have adopted the form of a mobile driver's cab. The driver's cab is equipped with a rear window for the driver to observe the rear situation.

3. In order to prevent crane deflection caused by unsynchronization on both sides of the crane, we use inverter cross-control and correction device to control the operation of the crane to achieve the purpose of automatic correction.

4. It realizes the warehouse coverage of the wireless network, and provide a network for traffic control through the wireless AP equipment in the reservoir area.

5. The driving PLC and the driving control server use industrial wireless WiFi communication, and a 5GHz wireless AP is arranged in the workshop to form a wireless network system connecting with the wireless APP on the crane.

6. Through the anti-swaying controller, it can realize the anti-shaking when the objects are hoisted. The industrial TV monitoring system can realize the on-site monitoring of the warehouse.
