Strategic Cooperation Between Weihua and Wuhu Shipyard

On July 5th, 2023, Han Hong'an, Chairman of Weihua Group, together with a delegation visited Wuhu Shipyard. Zhang Zhao, Chairman of Wuhu Shipyard, extended a warm welcome to the visit. The two sides engaged in discussions concerning the prospects of deeper cooperation, and subsequently signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

During the meeting, guided by the principles of mutual benefit and complementary advantages, both parties devoted attention to the research and development direction of high-end new energy ships, intelligent production lines, overseas sales channels, and domestic substitution. These matters were extensively discussed and contributed to a strong commitment on the part of both parties to explore comprehensive cooperation constructively and pave the way for a new strategic partnership that is value-creating and fosters collaborative development.

In the past year, Weihua Group provided Wuhu Shipyard with three shipbuilding gantry cranes that laid an excellent foundation for their cooperation. In the future, Weihua Group will continue to supply Wuhu Shipyard with innovative and high-quality products, and further promote the deepening and strengthening of the cordial relations between the two companies. We will also aid Wuhu Shipyard in achieving new milestones in high-quality development.
